On the last day of March, a workshop supported by our ICTR-CE project was held for tourism businesses and service providers who would like to expand their knowledge in the field of online marketing and the use of artificial intelligence in tourism, and who would like to learn about the growing opportunities along the Iron Curtain Route (ICTr) and the domestic cycling-friendly service provider certification scheme.
The workshop consisted of two sessions.
The first session explored the topic of online marketing and artificial intelligence (AI) technology, and how AI tools can be used in everyday business operations to make your business more efficient.
The second session focused on business opportunities. The ICTr-CE project was presented and how local service providers can join this international tourism product, as well as how the domestic cycling-friendly service provider certification scheme works and what benefits it brings.
