The program started in the morning with welcoming speeches by the Iskriva and Westpannon teams, followed by presentations on the results and challenges of the thematic work packages (WP1 Trail Angels, WP2 Westpannon, WP3 Iskriva) and the next steps necessary to complete the project.
The participants reviewed the latest results and other issues related to the report. The second part of the day focused on management and communication: the Interreg Central Programme framework, remaining and already reported costs, and how to successfully complete the project were discussed. At the end of the meeting, the partners jointly agreed on the main messages and tools for the final communication.
In the afternoon, the signed ICTr Alliance document was ceremoniously distributed.
Afterwards, the partners presented the main elements developed during the project, such as the experience-based product and business model (Trail Angels), innovative digital tools for cycling products (CROST, OETE), the Good Impact Program (Ekopolis), and the mentoring and training program for SMEs and booking center staff (Iskriva).
Participants learned about the experiences of booking centers, guided tours, and expectations, and reviewed the future tasks and cooperation opportunities of the EuroVelo 13 Partnership, which was concluded with an official photo shoot. The event ended with a high-quality closing dinner and joint celebration, which further strengthened the professional and personal relationships between the partners.
